Sarah specialises in Commercial Litigation and Employment Law. She has significant experience in the management of large-scale commercial disputes. On the employment side, Sarah advises in relation to matters such as terms and conditions of employment; policies and benefits; absence management; grievance and disciplinary procedures; termination of employment; corporate restructuring/redundancy; TUPE and employment disputes. She also provides employment support on commercial transactions.
Originally from the North West of England, Sarah joined JST in July 2008, initially to work in employment law, but more recently also getting stuck into some heavyweight litigation.Back To Our People
